1. What are Sweet Sheets® made from?

Sweet Sheets® are made from high-quality, double-brushed microfiber yarns - luxuriously soft, breathable, and durable without the big price tag.

Unlike some microfiber blends, ours are 90 GSM, which makes them feel silky smooth (think 1800 thread count vibes) and tough enough to hold up to real life and laundry day. No fading, no shrinking, no pilling - just buttery-soft comfort, night after night.

2. What sizes do Sweet Sheets® come in?

We’ve got you covered in sizes Twin through California King - including hard-to-find Split King and Twin XL (perfect for dorms!).

All sets include a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, and:

  • 1 pillowcase for Twin
  • 2 pillowcases for all other sizes

Our fitted sheets have deep 14” pockets that stretch to fit mattresses up to 17” - no corner pop-offs here!

3. Do Sweet Sheets® pill?

Nope - we hate that scratchy, worn-out feeling too.

Sweet Sheets® are made from double-brushed, pill-resistant yarns, so they stay smooth and soft.

That said, if yours do pill due to a rare manufacturing defect, you’re covered by our warranty - just fill out a quick claim and we’ll make it right.

4. Will they wrinkle or shrink?

No ironing needed! Sweet Sheets® are wrinkle-resistant and stay looking fresh as long as you pull them from the dryer promptly.

And shrinking? Not a chance. Wash after wash, they stay true to size and only get softer with time.

5. Where are Sweet Sheets® made?

We’re proudly Canadian and run our business from a small town in Southern Alberta. Our sheets are manufactured in China and Cambodia - partners we chose for their quality, ethical production, and ability to keep prices down. We’d love to manufacture closer to home one day, but we’d never compromise on quality or affordability for our customers.

6. Are Sweet Sheets® eco-friendly?

Yes! Our sheets are 30% less bulky than cotton, which means they use less water, heat, and energy during laundry.

Translation? Faster dry times, less environmental impact, and a win-win for you and the planet.

7. Do your sheet sets include pillowcases?

They sure do. All sets come with a fitted sheet, flat sheet, and:

  • 1 pillowcase for Twin
  • 2 pillowcases for everything else

 

Choose from up to 15 beautiful colors (but don’t wait - bestsellers move fast!).

8. What’s the warranty on Sweet Sheets®?

We offer a 6-month warranty on any manufacturing defects like pilling, tearing, or stitching issues.

If something’s not right, just fill out our warranty form, and we’ll send you a replacement part at no cost.

9. How do I wash Sweet Sheets®?

Super simple:

  • Machine wash cold
  • Gentle cycle
  • Wash dark colors separately
  • Only non-chlorine bleach when needed
  • Tumble dry low and remove promptly

That’s it — no special care, no hassle.

10. Are your sheets good for hot sleepers?

Absolutely. The lightweight, breathable microfiber helps regulate temperature - so no more tossing, turning, or waking up in a sweat.

1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay.

2. Is my payment information secure?

Yes, absolutely. Your payment is processed with industry-standard encryption to keep your info safe and secure. Your privacy matters to us.

3. Can I use more than one payment method for a single order?

Not right now. Our system only allows one form of payment per order, so pick the one that works best for you.

4. When will my card be charged?

Your card is charged at the time of purchase. You’ll get a confirmation email once your order goes through.

5. Why was my payment declined?

It could be a few things - incorrect billing info, insufficient funds, or something on your card provider’s side. Double-check your details or contact your bank if it keeps happening.

6. Do you offer gift cards?

We do! Our digital gift cards make the perfect cozy gift and are available right on our website. No shipping, no guessing sizes - just instant comfort.

Orders & Returns

1. How do I place an order?

Easy. Just browse your favorite colors, add to cart, and follow the checkout steps. Your sweet sleep is just a few clicks away.

2. Can I change my order after placing it?

If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make adjustments.

3. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number by email. Use that link anytime to check in on your delivery.

4. How long will delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location and shipping method. Keep an eye on your tracking email for the latest updates.

5. Do you ship outside Canada or the US?

Right now, we only ship within Canada and the US. We’re hoping to expand in the future, so stay tuned.

6. What if my package is delayed or lost?

If your tracking hasn’t updated in a while or something seems off, reach out to us. We’ll look into it and make sure you’re taken care of.
