A Sweet Cause That Became Personal

Over the years, we’ve traveled to the Dominican Republic individually, with our families, and as a company all to support those in need, and each visit deepened our connection to the people and the cause.


Through our partnership with the Dominican Starfish Foundation, we’ve been able to:

- Donate hundreds of Sweet Sheets®

- Provide hygiene items, clothing, school supplies, toys & food

- Spend time in and supporting local schools (Kate & her work with Youth Upliftment International is particularly close to our hearts)

- Offer financial support to key community projects

- Bring staff and volunteers along to help deliver supplies & lend a hand

Each trip has reminded us just how much of a difference small comforts like a small toy or clean, soft bedding can make in someone’s life.

From Unboxed to Uplifting

As a business, we never resell opened bedding. Instead, we launder and repurpose those sheets for something far more meaningful: donating them to families and individuals in need.

With the Dominican Starfish Foundation building homes, schools, and providing clinics in underserved areas, the need for bedding is constant, and we’re humbled to be able to help fill that gap.
