You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund on the product being returned.
Please note, we do not offer free shipping on returns unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to accept returns on opened product for hygienic reasons.
You should expect to receive your refund less the shipping within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Sheets are ok. Soft but thin, I got the strawberry milkshake ones and you can see the writing on the mattress right through them.
I was really pumped to be supporting a local small business but the sheets are “made by our friends in China”. I guess I should have read the fine print. I feel kinda mis lead. Like I said the sheets are ok, the part that played to my emotions and why I purchased them was the small town in southern Alberta. Then I got them and they’re made in China??? #deceived

My new sheets are wonderful! I have sleep problems and get up in the night often to use the bathroom. Usually the amount of sleep between bathroom trips is 1 1/2 to 2 hours. The first night with my new sheets I had a 2 1/2 and 3 hour sleep periods! Wonderful comfort to a 74 year old lady. Thank you!

I was looking for a Canadian equivalent to the American microfibre sheets I bought last year. I stumbled on this company and delighted to be supporting an Albertan company. I am also very impressed with the vibrancy of the colour as well as the softness and overall quality. I will likely be purchasing Sweet Sheets again in another colour. Two thumbs 👍.
There is a 6 month warranty for Sweet Sheets from date of purchase against manufacture defect, including elastic breakage in the fitted sheet, pilling, and tearing. If there is a product defect upon opening, please fill out our warranty claims form and we will ship out the replacement part as soon as possible.
*Please note: We do not provide warranty for slight color variations between dye lots or for fit (unless it is a manufacturer sewing defect).
