Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sweet Sheets®. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Please note the following conditions:

  • Return Shipping: Return shipping is not covered unless the item is returned due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Hygiene Policy: Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened items unless they are defective.

Refund Process

Upon receiving your returned item, we will process your refund as follows:

  • Inspection and Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 3 to 5 business days), we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will be notified via email when your return has been processed.
  • Receiving Your Refund: The time it takes for your bank to process our refund request is typically 5 to 10 business days. In total, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of sending your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you may receive a refund more quickly.

How to Return an Item

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.


Warranty Policy

Our products come with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects such as:

  • Elastic breakage in the fitted sheet
  • Pilling
  • Tearing

To File a Warranty Claim:

  • Initial Inspection: Please inspect your product upon opening. If you detect a defect covered by our warranty, fill out our warranty claims form.
  • Replacement: Upon approval of your warranty claim, we will ship out a replacement part as soon as possible.

Warranty Exclusions:

Please note that our warranty does not cover slight color variations between dye lots or issues related to fit, unless due to a manufacturing defect in sewing.
