Same day. Same place. No idea about each other.

On October 9th, twenty-two years ago, Tekarra got married at a little spot in southern Alberta.

That same afternoon, at that same spot, so did I.

Neither of us knew the other existed. We wouldn't meet for years.

When we finally did, we became friends, & somewhere down the line we worked out that our anniversaries were the exact same date. (We both said the same word out loud. It was not a polite word.)

Then we started a bedding company together out of Raymond, Alberta, which is not a thing either of us saw coming at twenty-two years old.

So we've always celebrated the two anniversaries together, & we've always celebrated them here, with you. This year we both hit 22.

That's where the 22% comes from.

A quick note on the number. We celebrated 13 years of Sweet Sheets back in June. This one is our wedding anniversaries, not the brand's. The company did not age nine years over the summer, promise.

Soft the first night, & still soft years later

The thing people tell us most often is that they didn't expect sheets to feel like this.

Double-brushed microfibre means the fibres get brushed on both sides, so they come out of the package already soft. There's no breaking-in period, no waiting for them to earn it.

They're deep-pocketed enough to fit a mattress up to 17 inches, which matters if you've ever fought a fitted sheet at 11pm & lost.

They're pill-free guaranteed, & they come out of the dryer looking like you meant to. The reviews below are from people several years & a lot of washes in.

And they're warm without being hot, which in a Canadian October is the whole point.

Nineteen colours. The hard part is choosing.

If it helps, here's how people usually land:

Vanilla Frosting 🤍 is the white that goes with everything, & the one to pick if you want the room to feel reset.

Cotton Candy 🩵 is a gentle light blue. The name throws people off every time... it has never been pink.

Saskatoon Pie 💜 is a rich plum purple, named after the berry we grow out here on the prairies. It makes a bed look layered.

Silver Sprinkles is the light gray that belongs in every guest room in Canada.

Blueberry Torte for navy. Strawberry Shake if you do want the pink. Poppyseed for a deeper charcoal. Salted Caramel if your room leans warm.

Then there's Mint Meringue, Lavender Dream, Pistachio Parfait, Crème Brûlée, Banana Cream, Black Licorice, Candy Apple Red, Red Velvet, Royal Blue Ice, Chocolate Biscotti & Mocha Cheesecake.

All of them 22% off.

The part people write back wishing they'd added

The most common note we get after an order arrives is some version of "I should have gotten the duvet cover too."

A sheet set, the matching duvet cover & a pair of shams in the same colour is what turns a made bed into the part of the day you look forward to. It's the difference between clean sheets & a bedroom that feels finished.

This is the week for it. The 22% comes off every piece, so it lands harder on three than on one, & the whole bed clears the $50 free-shipping line without trying.

Pick a colour, then build it out.

What people say after a few washes

"These are the softest sheets I have ever bought & they don't pill I love them I have a few flavors now I will never go back to regular sheets again"
Gay P. · Vanilla Frosting

"Love these sheets the feel and the deep pockets to stay on the mattress! Our last set lasted years and when we tried two other brands afterwards both wore out within months!"
Robyn M. · Blueberry Torte

"Have used SWEET SHEETS for about 5 years and absolutely LOVE them. We recently transitioned from a queen to a split king bed. Purchased store sheets with the new bed which we quickly discovered did not compare to SWEET SHEETS at all."
Cindy P. · Cotton Candy

"The deep pocket corners on the fitted sheets were EXACTLY what we were looking for and the sheets were the most comfortable that we've tried in a very long time!"
Eric O. · Silver Sprinkles

"I find them comfy, not too hot. My grandson has sheets on his bed that he finds chilly so I told him I would order him a set of Sweet Sheets."
Debra L. · Blueberry Torte

"We are enjoying our new fitted sheets. They are soft and comfortable. We purchased 3 King size and one queen. So much better than our cotton sheets and fit really well."
Michael B. · Fitted Bed Sheet

"These sheets are so soft and lovely to sleep on. When I buy more sheets, it will be these."
Kim M. · Mint Meringue

"I have been a Sweet Sheets customer for several years and I won't buy any other sheets! In my experience their customer service, quality, colour and comfort are unmatched."
